Before establishing J.O. Tabalba & Co., for18 years, he worked with SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co., the largest accounting firm in the Philippines. At SGV, he was for nine years assigned as the Firm's representative in its joint venture firm with TKC Corporation, the largest data processing company in Japan and one of the largest of its kind in the world.
