Sentrong Pangkultura ng Biñan Building is a Local Cultural Property - Local Heritage Site, City of Biñan; Registered Property, City of Biñan, Laguna located at Biñan City, Laguna, Region IV-A.

Another popular historical landmark is the Casa Real, more popularly referred to by the locals as Hacienda House. This house used to be the residence of the Dominican priests during the Spanish occupation and was where taxes were hidden. This huge house is made from stone and hard wood. In 1942, Casa Real became the property of the city of Binan. The Sentrong Pangkultura ng Biñan (Biñan Center for Culture and Arts, or the Biñan old Municipal Building) houses the Biñan City Museum and the Biñan City Studies Center (Biñan City Archives). The building also the home of the Biñan Center for Performing Arts, which includes the following art groups: Biñan Metropolitan Chorus (chorale), Biñan Youth Performance Council (theater arts), Biñan Folkloric Dance Troupe (traditional dances) and Biñan Kawayan Music Ensemble (bamboo instrumentalists).
