The structure has two pylons symbolizing greatness at the front of Shrine's entrance. There was a library and a museum each flanks the stairs leading to the mausoleum. Still remains a solid white marble bust of Mabini carved by G. T. Nepomuceno, marks the site where the hero's remain lie in repose. On the left side sits a replica of the bamboo-fenced nipa hut where Mabini was born. The museum is a two-level PWD-friendly building with seven (7) galleries, one (1) audio visual room and one (1) stereoscopic room.
