Built around early 1900s at barrio Cal-laguip (formerly known as Ob-bog) by Don Ciriaco Querubin, a biray owner and trader from San Miguel de Puro, near the historic Mestizo River. The lot where the house was built was dedicated to his children namely Agustina, Martin and Silvino.
