Approximately built in early 1940’s by Simeon Carasi, Sr. The house sits on a lot more or less 300 square meters bounded by the Pandan Obelisk in the north; Rudy Quinitio House in the east; Marlon Quodala House in the west; and Roger Quilon House in the south. The house consist of four (4) bedrooms, three (3) living room and one (1) dining room. At present, Mrs. Cherry Callejo and her family lives in this well-loved abode.
