A two storey corner building, the S. Villanueva Building is characterized by an undulating parapet wall meeting at the corner to accentuate a focal point. Two (2) stylized towers frame the frontispiece central panel bearing the owner’s name. Each bay division is composed of two casement windows adorned by single tassled and fluted pilasters on each side. Atop the casement windows are panels of double flowered medallions with tassles.
