Simon's ResidenceSimon's Residence is a Registered Property, Province of Cagayan located at Claveria, Cagayan, Region II.
The house was erected in 1918 by the late Emiliano Simon. They bought an old house in barangay Tabbugan, Claveria, Cagayan and erected it as is from its original structure. It served as home for the siblings of Emiliano Simon until the early 1900. It was inherited by Mercedes Simon and later passed on to one of her nephew Alma Simon Austria Duro who is now the present owner.
