According to Charito Tagala, talisay tree was planted in the year 1920s, it was found near the sea and it is easy to grow. The trunk is straight and has robust branches. It is a part of the historical landscape of the school It also serves as a shed.

• It is a long tree which grows to 25 meters with the branches spreading horizontally. The leaves are spiral arranged to 30cm long
