According to Mrs. Charito Tagala, the structure of Gabaldon remains as it is. Inside of it, the original parts still exerts but windows are already replaced with steel windows while the ground floor, ceiling and stage are made of hard wood called “tangguili."
The building is elevated from the ground due to humidity and to protect it from floods while the surroundings is well landscaped with various ornamental plants and trees such as narra and talisay.
