Elpidio Viernes HouseElpidio Viernes House is a Registered Property, Province of Cagayan located at Claveria, Cagayan, Region II.
In 1960s the house was built. The house was then made of wood. On the left side of the house has an old washing area, toilet, bathroom and deep well. After few years, they [owners] renovated it and turn it into porch and kitchen and the walls and floor became cemented and tiled. All windows upstairs was all made of wood with capiz shell turned into sliding windows in the year 2009. In the year 1998 they built a gate and a concrete fence around the house.
