The house was made during the early 1900s.The first owner was Manuela & Sixto Arlegui Sr. Parts of the house were purchased individually by the owner. The wood used for the stairways was bought by Sixto Arlegui Sr. from a farmer in Cadcadir during his early time as a teacher.
