Some furnitures inside the Old House are as old as the house. The owner of the house is Mrs. Saturnina Alinan who is already living in California; so, Aurelia Pascua and her family are the caretakers of the old house.
The rooms of the Old House, the stairs and the floor are made in ‘Narek’ wood. The windows are made in ‘Capiz’ and wood. ‘Bubon’ is its water source. Some sets furniture which are as old as the house are also made in ‘Narek’ wood. There is also an old Wall Carpet inside the house.
