Old Casa Real and Provincial Capitol Historical Landmark is a National Historical Landmark, NHCP; Registered Property, Municipality of Lingayen, Pangasinan located at Lingayen, Pangasinan, Region I.
The Casa Real in Lingayen, Pangasinan served as the provincial seat of government during the Spanish Colonial period. It was the office of the Alcalde Mayor as well as the Judge of the Court of First Instance. It was built in the 1840s out of stone masonry and bricks as a 1,480-square meter, two-story structure.
During the American occupation, it served as the office of the governor until the seat of the provincial government was transferred to what is now the Pangasinan Provincial Capitol building.
It was used as an elementary school then as a court house, and then as offices of the municipal government in the 1930s.

It is one of the oldest buildings. It served as the first Provincial Seat of Government in Pangasinan during the Spanish regime. It was used for the same purposes in 1901 by the Americans who later renamed it "The Capitol", after the name of the American Seat of Government in Washington, D.C.
It is one of the early public edifice of brick stone masonry.
It is an outstanding and unique example of civil architecture from the Spanish and American colonial periods.
