Named after President Manuel L. Quezon, this elevated park is found in front of the City Hall of Davao. Among the amenities in this park are handmade durian and waling-waling replicas in fountains, a cemented Mt. Apo reproduction, a prototype waterfalls, as well as a flagpole where the Philippine Flag is raised every Mondays during the flag raising ceremony and lowered during the flag retreat ceremony every Fridays conducted by the City Government of Davao.
