The sprawling house of Felipe Juico was strategically designed in a 8,000 square meter lot in Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City in 1963. The house features a dramatic facade of balconies overlooking big trees in the garden. The house had 13 bedrooms, a formal drawing room, a formal dining room, a chapel, a library and a wine cellar.
