The Rizal Park is located infront if the Municipal Hall, western part of the Municipal Gymnasium and Evacuation Center, and eastern part of the Pasalubong Center of Sanchez-Mira, Cagayan. The landscape is planted with carabao grass and Buenavista. At the center, a stage measuring 153 sq.m with a wall that has a 20-ladder design on the sides measuring 13'9", the stage measurement from the ground is 1' 12". On the western part of the stage is the flagpole, a height: 32' 5" and has a base measuring 3' 6" high. Both sides of the stage have 2 installed streetlights and outlets. 2 mini shed on the western side of the park also exists.
