Headless MonumentHeadless Monument is a Registered Property, Province of Albay located at Legazpi City, Albay, Region V.
The monument used to stand on the edge of the pier of the Legazpi Port and was transferred by some city officials to a more prominent place – the space in front of the Post Office when the port was renovated.
