The Rizal Monument is a seven footer (7 ft.) replica statue on a four feet (4 ft.) in height pedestal. It is located at the municipal ground in front of the municipal library, left side of the flagpoles and was declared Rizal Park through Municipal Ordinance No. 05-2021. The original statue is made of concrete and in an unrecognizable, deformed physical state. The replica of Rizal Statue was sculpted by Federico I. Caedo, having the closest facial and physical likeness to and meaningful representation of Dr. Jose Rizal. The pedestal is made of araal stone.
