The Sakada Statue

The Sakada Statue is a Registered Property, Province of Ilocos Sur located at Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Region I.

The location of the statue is where the five batches of migrants of Ilocano Sakada migrants boarded the ship SS Maunawili bound for various islands in Hawaii in 1946 for the purpose of working sugarcane plantations.
