Bantayog ng mga Bayani

Bantayog ng mga Bayani is a Registered Property, Municipality of Bolinao, Pangasinan located at Bolinao, Pangasinan, Region I.

Bantayog ng mga Bayani also included all the Bolinao Veterans who like Dr. Jose Rizal who fought for the Liberty of our Country.

Don Agustin Cacho built the kiosk with monument of Rizal (1928) at the center of the town plaza and later transferred on the north side facing in opposite direction of its former position by Don Cesar Cacho (196O-1967). Before the Proclamation 1081 for Martial Law on September 21, 1972, the Rizal Monument and Bolinao Local Dialect translation of Rizal's My Last Farewell (Ultimo ADIOS) were located in the Bolinao Town Plaza. The local translation Pangawaan Adios was written by Simon Del Fierro, a local poet. Also included were the list of Bolinao Heroes Roll of the Philippine Revolution who fought against Spaniards with name of Mariano Caagusan, Valentin Camus, Juan Can, Roman Manalang, Valentin Paltep and Gonzalo Tabucol and Marcelino Tabucol. World War II Veterans of Bolinao also include a list of 70 Veterans who fought against Japanese forces during World War II.
