Cleanest Town MarkerCleanest Town Marker is a Registered Property, Municipality of Binalonan, Pangasinan located at Binalonan, Pangasinan, Region I.
It was in the year 1966 when the Municipality encouraged the construction of water sealed toilets. The model barrio, which is Balangobong, has water-sealed toilets equal to the number of houses. Anti-littering ordinance was adopted (as also seen in the Paacdar Market) and before the year ended, Binalonan was once again awarded “The Most Beautiful and Cleanest Municipality in the Entire Country”.
In 1968, the municipality was again awarded a symbolic trophy for being a winner as “Urban Model Community” held at the Rock Garden and Park.
