A culinary tourism center built by the City Government to serve and showcase foods that are characteristically Batac. Batac Riverside Empanadaan, usually called RS by the locals, is where the famous Batac empanada is served. The empanada is made up of rice flour, grated papaya, longganisa and egg. Some makers of the empanada has been adding different ingredients to spice up the usual empanada. Now, we also have the cheese empanada and the bagnet empanada. Other than the empanada, Batac Riverside Empanadaan also serves miki, pancit, arroz caldo, isaw, barbeque, silet and other ihaw foods. A souvenir shop is within the building that displays crafts and cultural articles.
