The Bonifacio Park was renovated as a part and means of tourism development plan of the City of Ilagan and was inaugurated on May 30, 2018 during the celebration of the 332nd patronal fiesta of the city. The park now features the Andres Bonifacio monument with concrete murals and ground with corn kernel design curved by Rio Accalllar and Bong Francia; newly renovated and redesigned Butaka Shrine; I love City of Ilagan landmark standee; City Tourist Information and Assistance Center; Pasalubong Center; public pay restroom; stage park; giant led television in corn design; wood design concrete picnic tables, bench and stool; view deck; landscaped park garden; steel fence; center isle garden; national historic landmark dedication and wide concrete walkway.
