"Constructed in Pinamalayan under the term of the Municipal President Jesus V. Dominguez (1914). The construction was supervised by Mr. Thomas Weeks.
The cultural property is situated at the Fruits and Vegetables section of the Public Market, already non-working and unutilized. A marker was placed for the cultural property supposedly for public appreciation."
