The cemetery is placed under the management of the Parish of St. John the Baptist. The main entrance is made of stones and more or less it has a number of 5000 tombs rented and some are owned by private families.
One mausoleum is owned by the Santos Family where the remains of the late Bienvenido Santos, National Artist, lie.
