The Rizal Monument is a life-size monument of Jose Rizal, our national hero. It is mounted on a concrete pedestal surrounded by a triangular fence with hedges. It is overlooking the Plaza de Jovellar pavement. It was built in 1964 during the administration of Mayor Jaime P. Clamar.
