A life-sized figure of the President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines in the year 1935-1944. He visited the Municipality of Alaminos and appointed Dr. Gonzalo Montemayor then the Provincial Health Officer to oversee the development of the Hundred Islands as a tourism destination. Declared the group of islands as Hundred Islands National Park in 1940 by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 667.
Built in 1953 at Quezon Island, the 100th among the 123 islands.
