Red Kimono was launched in 2005 at the Fort Strip in Fort Bonifacio. The vision was to create a concept to bring together the modern and traditional elements of Japanese cuisine - ‘Red’ symbolizing the new, Western and innovative aspect; and ‘Kimono’ representing the old, Eastern and traditional aspects. Red Kimono took off within the first few months of its launch, leading to further expansion over the years. Today, we operate seven branches across the metropolis and beyond.
What sets us apart from our competitors is our modern and unconventional approach to Japanese cooking while remaining loyal to traditional elements of the cuisine. Ingredients are tweaked in order to create innovative dishes that taste and look amazingly appetizing and ensure that our patrons keep coming back for more.
