Print Depot, Inc. was established in November 15, 2005 as a Printer Toner and Ink Refilling Station. With three employees, it opened its 20 square meter office at Bicutan, Paranaque City. It was primarily opened as a storefront but eventually shifting its target market to the corporate segment.

In January 2007, it moved to a bigger office in Chino Roces Extension, Makati City in order to accommodate its growing number of customers from the banking and manufacturing industry. It was at this point that it started increasing its value to its customers by loaning out Laser Printers and taking over the support of its customers� printing environment.

In November 2009, Print Depot started its Rental Group. The primary purpose of the group is to provide cheaper access to Information Technology equipment to its customers and saving its customers from the high costs of the investment in technology products.
