Zeus Holdings, Inc. (ZHI) was originally incorporated on December 31, 1981 as JR Garments, Inc. to engage in garments manufacturing, distribution and export. On September 9, 1996, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in the company's corporate name to its present one, and a change in its primary purpose to that of an investment holding firm. ZHI subsequently discontinued its garment operations in 1996. In 2000, ZHI Holdings, Inc. (formerly PICOP Holdings, Inc.) acquired a 98.533% equity stake in ZHI.
