ROXAS HOLDINGS, INC.

Established in 1927, this organization began as a sugar milling company in Nasugbu, Batangas, originally known as Central Azucarera Don Pedro. In response to intense global competition, the firm embarked on an ambitious expansion and modernization program that culminated in 1994 with the development of a state-of-the-art sugar refinery. The subsequent acquisition of majority ownership of Central Azucarera de La Carlota in 1995 strengthened its foothold in the sugar manufacturing sector. A corporate reorganization initiated in 2002 transformed the entity into a holding and investment corporation, facilitating the integration of its sugar businesses under the subsidiary CADP Group Corporation.

Today, the company is an integrated player in the food, beverage, and tobacco industries, producing and refining various grades of raw and refined sugar through its consolidated subsidiaries, including Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc. (CADPI) and Central Azucarera de la Carlota, Inc. (CACI). Additionally, Roxas Holdings, Inc. operates CADP Insurance Agency, Inc., and Roxol Bioenergy Corporation, providing comprehensive services beyond sugar manufacturing.
