COMP advocates for responsible mining practices that prioritize environmental protection, community development, and the welfare of workers in the industry. The organization works closely with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure that mining operations in the Philippines are conducted in a sustainable and responsible manner. At the same time, COMP also provides support to its members through capacity-building programs, advocacy campaigns, and networking opportunities. With its headquarters located in Pasig City, COMP is dedicated to advancing the interests of the mining industry and fostering a positive and mutually beneficial relationship between the sector and the communities it serves.
