The Concourse Convention Center is one of the business units of Central Metrotrade Distributors, Inc., a subsidiary of the LCC Group of Companies owned and managed by the Tan family of Tabaco City. Established in February 1996, it has since been acclaimed as one of the most luxurious function and reception halls, and event centers in Albay and Legazpi City. It undergoes regular renovations and re-developments to suit the discriminating needs of its growing clients.
