We conduct feasibility studies and site analysis; furnish a Probable Project Construction Cost, Architectural and Engineering Plans and Specifications, Bill of Materials and Cost Estimate duly signed and sealed by a registered Architect who graduated BS Architecture in UST and is conducting a thesis project for Master in Architecture Major in Hospital Planning and Design in UP Diliman.

To keep up with the times due to climate change, the architect’s social and moral obligation is to promote the quality of life. Therefore, disaster risk reduction is taken into consideration to develop a more sustainable structure.
