Dunn's Salon is owned by the family of Romulo B. Esperas, with business name Rochean Hair Salon under DTI Registration No. 01519998 dated October 4, 2011. Its operation started at #4 Carigma Street, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City on October 8, 2011 with six employees consisting of hairdressers, manicurists and cashier.

The salon sets its own systems and procedures to guide its employees with strict implementation. It became known and distinctive from other salons in the city proper due to its quality service at affordable price. The employees continue to build customer loyalty thru abilities and capabilities as well-trained hairdressers and manicurists.

Dunn's Salon uses competent products from the best hair care suppliers in the industry such as L'Oréal, Matrix, Luxliss, Revlon and Orly.
