Proverbs Ville Academy,Inc. is registered under SEC on September 28, 2004 which has specifically stated that the primary purpose of this corporation is to organize, establish, and maintain a dynamic institution of learning that will emphasize religious, spiritual, emotional, intellectual and moral development based on Christian principles and values. To this end, put up and maintain Preparatory and Elementary School and social communication for the realization of the principal objective for which the institution is formed. Proverbs Ville Academy is owned by Atty. Silvino Maceren Jr. and Mrs. Patricia Maceren.
Proverbs Ville Academy,Inc. was granted a Government Recognition on the 2nd of February,2012. The school adopts the Philippine curricula in its Preschool, Elementary and Secondary Education Programs.
