J. F. Cayetano Builders and Interiors was initially named J.F. Cayetano Woodworks/Steelworks and was established in September 11, 1997, for the supply of wood works and steel works. It evolved into a construction firm specializing in finishing works, when it got its first project doing the interior finishing works for two residences in Wack-Wack Subdivision in Mandaluyong. Now it is also doing general construction work to meet the needs of its clients.

Mr. Jessie F. Cayetano a self-made man who was born into the business, his kit and kin being woodworks suppliers and contractors themselves heads it. He was taught the ins and outs of the business at a very early age. He is ably assisted by his wife Arch’t Dee Marie S. Martinez-Cayetano a practicing architect whose work experience involved working for a class A construction firm and an interior design firm. They see to their projects personally, undertaking only a maximum of three big projects a year. They have under them a team of experienced and competent workforce.

Their woodworks and steelworks shop is located at 28 Maganda St., Taytay, Rizal and their office is at Lot 9 Blk. 4 Monterey St., Park Place Subd., Antipolo City. From a woodworks supplier to a construction firm it is now ready to handle any construction project
