Cocina Fiesta Commissary Corporation (CFCC) is a company that offers food items that are served fresh or sold as frozen goods at the company's dining outlets, concessionaire or through catering services.

Inspired by the family's success in the food industry, having food manufacturing company and restaurant chains worldwide, a new concept of kitchen festivity was created. Cocina Fiesta was established in 2011 and started its full commissary operation in September 2012.
