TKC Steel Corporation (T) was originally incorporated on November 28, 1996 as SQL* Wizard, Inc. and engaged in providing computer training, consulting services and selling of software licenses and other related information solution services. On February 28, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in the company's primary purpose from information technology to that of a holding company, and its corporate name to the present one. T is currently engaged in business activities that focus on the manufacture and distribution of steel products through its two subsidiaries, namely Treasure Steel Corporation (TSC) and Zhangzhou Stronghold Steel Works Co. Ltd (ZZS). TSC manufactures steel billets, which in turn become the raw materials of downstream steel products such as bars, wire rods and sections.
