A Group of Lions Club International members, each engaged in diversified industries in Taiwan such as manufacturing, trading and service, put their resources together after having observed the Philippine market. Seeing the potential of the manufacturing industry and with their more than sixteen years of export and domestic experience, the group decided to put up Shun Chang Locks Manufacturing Company concentrating in producing padlocks carrying the brand "ANLOY".

With the growing needs in hardware and construction supplies, the company decided to expand into a trading firm in the latter part of 1996, thus putting up Anloy Trading; as a sole distributor, importer and dealer of different kinds of hardware and construction materials.
