It was 1964 when the CRISMOR COMPANY, INC. (CCI) was founded.

Its primary purpose is to improve, develop, subdivide, purchase, sell, lease, cultivate, exchange or otherwise acquire real properties. It has carefully nurtured its business and eventually generated funds to finance the construction of its housing projects put on sale or rent.

CRISMOR COMPANY, INC. (CCI) has first made its presence felt in San Pedro, Laguna by developing the pioneer subdivisions in the area such as Holiday Park Subdivision, Elvinda Village (Phases 1 to 5 and 7) and Crismor Subdivision.

Aside from this, the company also has several properties/houses for lease adding to its revenue generation.

The company also serves as the water provider particularly in Elvinda Village (Phases 1 to 4) and Crismor Subdivision.

In 1973, with the continuous growth of CRISMOR COMPANY, INC. (CCI), majority of its stockholders decided to venture into another undertaking. This resulted to the inception of San Pedro Memorial Park (Lag.), Inc. which developed, sold and maintained burial lots and is still continuing such.

1986 was the year when Crismor Building was constructed. This is a four-storey commercial and residential building located at Araneta Ave., Quezon City.
