PRIETO OPTICAL, a Non-Government Organization is launching “HEALTHY VISION, HEALTHY LIFE PROGAM”, because nowadays, Filipinos are experiencing a tragic shift in the economy, resulting of poor health services and people cannot afford anymore a decent health care, and health education, especially regarding to Eye Health Problems.
