The Department of Agriculture, Region III, Kilusang Bayan for Credit is a tax-exempt organization located at Capitol Compound Sto Ni San Fernando, Pampanga. Our mission is to promote sustainable agricultural practices and provide financial assistance to farmers in the region. We believe in empowering farmers through access to credit in order to improve their livelihoods and contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in Pampanga.
