The YOSIKO INDUSTRIES, INC. was established on March 02, 1990, by a group of executives/ entrepreneurs which previously connected with a giant condiment conglomerate in the country. These individuals are recognized innovators in their other field of business activity with proven entrepreneurial and management expertise in manufacturing. February 11, 2000, the company was certified under ISO 9002:1994 version under KEMA. Then, established and applied the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008 version and successfully certified by TÜV Management Service last October 22, 2010, and transferred audit from TUV Sud to TUV Rheinland last September 21-22, 2016. Upgraded the Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015 last July 31, 2018.

YII is a regular member of Semiconductor and Electronics Industries in the Philippines, Inc. (SEIPI).
