CENTER FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (CARD), INC. is a non-profit organization based in Bacoor Cavite, committed to promoting and enhancing sustainable agriculture and rural development in the Philippines. Established in 2000, CARD aims to empower farmers and rural communities through capacity-building initiatives, technology transfer, and access to resources.

At CARD, we believe that developing the agricultural sector is critical to alleviating poverty and enhancing the quality of life in rural areas. Our programs and projects focus on providing training and education on modern farming techniques, promoting organic farming practices, and supporting small-scale farmers with access to seeds, equipment, and financial resources.
