AVIDA RESIDENCES-STA. CATALINA PHASE 3 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is a non-stock, non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents living in the Avida Residences-Sta. Catalina Phase 3 community in Barangay Salawag, Dasmarinas Cavite. Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging and community spirit among homeowners, promote environmental sustainability, and provide a safe and secure living environment for all residents. We are committed to upholding transparency, accountability, and good governance in all our activities and initiatives, and strive to continually improve the welfare and well-being of our members.

As an NGO, AVIDA RESIDENCES-STA.
