Q: What do we sell?
A: We sell “surplus†/ used Japanese Office furniture and equipment, world-class brands, between 1 to 3 years, originally intended for the Japanese market.
Q: Can I reserve a product?
A: No we don’t allow reservations. However, you can pay for the items you wanted and pick it up within 5 days.
Q: Do you have a delivery service and how much do you charge for it?
A: Yes, on a per batch basis. Delivery charge ranges from 500 to 3,000 depending on volume and location.
Q: I bought a table and had it collapsed so I can fit in my car, Could I ask someone from your office to go with me to help assembling it?
A: It depends on staff availability and location. However, we will be glad to assist all customers via phone anytime.
Q: The computer chairs that I bought were a bit dusty, if I ask you to clean it, do I have to pay an extra charge?
A: All bought furniture undergoes cleaning before delivery at no extra charge.
