Call Center Academy (CCA) is the first training center in the country to focus solely on call center employability. CCA guarantees 100% job assistance, for both CCA students and for those non-enrollees but course their application through CCA. With more than 20 local & international call center clients, CCA has been helping over 4,000 Filipinos find their future in call centers. An accredited firm by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) and BPAP (Business Processing Association Philippines) and technical partner AVAYA, CCA equips Filipinos with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the Call Center Industry.
CCA plans to be the first-choice provider of education that will result in employability and aims to bring call center opportunities across the country. Currently, CCA has seven (7) locations namely: Makati (Main), Eastwood City (Libis), Pampanga (Angeles City), Manila (Recto), Bulacan (Malolos), Laguna (Sta. Rosa) and Las Pi?as. By the end of 2007, CCA is projecting around 20 Call Center Academy branches nationwide.
