The Catsar Foundation Inc is a voluntary association committed to the welfare and protection of felines in the Philippines. Located at Unit 7A Marc2000 Tower, 1973 Taft Ave, Bgy 703, Zone 077 Malate, Manila, the foundation works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome stray and abandoned cats. Founded by a group of passionate animal lovers, The Catsar Foundation Inc provides shelter, medical care, and love to these vulnerable animals, with the ultimate goal of finding them loving forever homes.
