PHIL SHIN NIKKEI-JIN SUPPORT FOUNDATION INC (FIL-JAP) is a voluntary association dedicated to providing support and assistance to Filipinos of Japanese descent living in the Philippines. Our mission is to promote cultural exchange and understanding between the Filipino and Japanese communities, as well as to provide resources and assistance to those in need.

Located in Malate, Manila, our organization offers a variety of services including language classes, cultural events, and networking opportunities for individuals with Japanese heritage. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where members can connect, learn, and grow. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that those in our community have the support and resources they need to thrive.
